- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 for all orders below ₹500. Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
- Express Shipping: Available at ₹150, irrespective of order value.
- Bulk Orders: For bulk orders (10 or more books), shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight and destination.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote locations may take an additional 2-3 business days.
4. Order Processing
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are processed the same day.
- Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on holidays/weekends will be processed the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status via our website under the “Track My Order” section.

7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays. Bandhav.in will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your books.
